Center Stage Dance Studio is conveniently located at
881 Main Street in Waltham, Ma.
We have two bright and spacious studios in our building - offering more choices for all ages and levels.
Run errands while you wait or enjoy a cup of coffee nearby. Our convenient location has plenty of parking available during classes.
CSDS also carries an affordable line of dance shoes, tights and apparel - one stop shopping right at the studio!
​CALENDAR INFORMATION
Classes for each season begin in September and end in June with our annual dance recital!
The studio observes all holidays and vacation weeks in conjunction with Waltham Public Schools - including SNOW DAYS!

If a class doesn't work for you from our fall schedule, give us a call - we're opening new classes upon requests every day! For a complete list of our fall class offerings, call 978-590-6393. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

TUITION DANCE RATES
Tuition rates are based on lessons received for a full year, but paid for in 5 equal installments.
The first payment is due at the time of registration, along with a costume deposit of $35 per class. *The costume deposit is not required for Dance Team. All remaining payments will be due on the student's first lesson of the following months: November, January, March, and May.
In case of absentee on the first lesson, please deliver your payment directly to the studio no later than the 10th of the month. Payments made after the 10th of the month will be charged an $10 late fee.
There are no tuition or costume refunds. If your child misses a class, please inquire with the teacher for a make-up time in another class that month. Remaining costume balance will be due the first class of November.
Tuition is due every other month.
30 minute classes per installment .................... $80.00
45 minute classes per installment .................... $90.00
60 minute classes per installment .................... $100.00
